Rolltation | Rolling Poke Through The 6ix

Poke is a Hawaiian fisherman’s snack that was made using the freshest catch of the day cut into cubes and marinated or seasoned. It was both served alone or on a bed of rice. Since then, it has slowly become a North American staple with variations including rice, kale, avocado and even tofu! Leading the pack of fast casual poke restaurants in Toronto is Rolltation – a made-to-order poke and sushi burrito shop with non-fish and vegetarian-friendly options. With the grand opening of their Carlton location, Rolltation now has 3 locations across downtown and midtown Toronto to fulfill your poke desires. They are also set to open a 4th store at Bloor and Yonge.

Current locations include: Yonge and Eglington (2291 Yonge St), University and Dundas (207 Dundas St W) and Yonge and Carlton (3 Carlton St).

Rolltation’s menu features set flavours such as:
