Ecoexistence celebrates Earth Hour with Premier Book Launch of Eat Raw, Eat Well with Vegan Chef Doug McNish

St Clair West business owner Kym Klopp of Ecoexistence had a steady flow of traffic all day long leading up to the premier book launch and live demonstration by Vegan Chef, Doug McNish author of Eat Raw, Eat Well his Cookbook now being distributed internationally.

Attendees of this Earth Hour Celebration by candlelight formed a human circle connected to one another with one arm over their heart and there other arm on the person’s back next to them and their feet firmly planted on the ground while the affirmation was delivered followed by a toast.

McNish delivered a passion packed speech about his love for cooking and the pursuit of healthy living after his life long experiences.  Demonstrating how easy it can be to incorporate Raw Food into your diet, we were surrounded by an incredible array of Eco/Environmental products in Ecoexistence, a company dedicated to providing cutting edge products for responsible living.  McNish celebrates a long journey filled with tremendous challenges and the final result of being published internationally.

The evening was filled with amazing recipe samples delivered by Volunteers from the Toronto Vegetarian Association (veg.ca)and judging by the pleasantly surprised looks on faces, the recipe samples were great!
