Hop Start Your Morning with Hopscotch by Grayce Yuen
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]For those working in the downtown core, you’ll notice a bright new addition to the PATH. Hopscotch is a sustainable and healthy fast-casual restaurant from London, Ontario that is now located outside King Station in the Scotiabank Plaza within PATH. Founded by brothers, Aiden and Wyatt Booth, the goal of Hopscotch was not just to serve nutritious food; they also strive to give back to the community. In December, all proceeds from their opening day was donated to the nutrition program of Niagara Street Public School. In the spirit of sourcing local, Hopscotch also serves coffee from local roaster Hale Coffee (located in The Junction).
You can find an assortment of yogurt and quinoa bowls such as the Apple Berry Eden and the Kickstart Bowl, appropriately named as it is packed with protein and vegetables to kickstart your morning.
They also serve up a variety of smoothies such as the Peanut Butter Cup and Mango n’ Mint.
For lunch, the Sweet Potato Zen is a popular option and is packed with grains, protein and vegetable to help you power through your afternoon meetings.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”13813,13820,13815,13814,13816″ img_size=”full”][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
