Naturally Giving in Lawrence Park

This holiday season, Devron Developments has partnered with Sheridan Nurseries to raise funds for the Save a Child’s Heart Foundation. For every fresh cut tree sold at Sheridan’s Toronto Garden Centre, Devron will donate $1 to the international charity that provides cardiac care to children in developing countries. Devron’s goal is to raise $5,000 which will go towards a round-trip flight as well as accommodation for one child.

And, as a special gift to the community, Devron commissioned Janet Rosenberg & Studio to create a designer tree “Naturally, Lawrence Park,” standing tall at the corner of Yonge St. and Strathgowan Ave. The tree is inspired by the neighbourhood’s natural beauty of the ravine system, exquisite homes and the style and elegance of the area.

The tree’s location is also the future site of Devron’s The Winslow, which will feature a limited collection of sixty spacious residences designed by Quadrangle Architects, II BY IV Design and Janet Rosenberg & Studio, coming soon to Lawrence Park.
