Why are we featuring them?

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto on the intersection of Yonge and Dundas, Spring Sushi is the perfect spot for happy hour, date night bites and late night people watching. Not only does the restaurant have  an amazing view but they are one of the few restaurants in Toronto that does iPad ordering! In addition to the array of sashimi, noodles and grilled items on the menu, Spring Sushi also has an amazing drink menu loaded with lychee martinis, mango bubbletea and sake mojitos – perfect for enjoying a summer night on their patio!

We got to try Spring Sushi a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of the food. There was something for everyone on the extensive menu which included traditional AYCE items such as sushi rolls, tempura, dumplings but also had special items taro chips, coconut shrimp, thai curries and aburi (torched) sushi. The restaurant itself was also very spacious with wide booths and an airy interior decorated with traditional Asian motifs. Guests can look forward to the Spring Sushi patio overlooking Yonge and Dundas square opening this summer!

For all sushi lovers, people watchers or trendy millennial, Spring Sushi is definitely a must-try!

Grayce’s Restaurant Tip: Make a reservation prior to visiting! Because Spring Sushi is in such a great location, it can often get busy during Happy Hour and weekends. To ensure you have the best experience, it is definitely worth it to make a reservation before visiting to minimize your wait!
