The Nest Condo Project Breaks Ground in Hillcrest Village with Strong Community Support

It’s official! The Nest Residences of Hillcrest Village held their ground breaking Ceremony this weekend at their site on St. Clair West and Hendrick Avenue in Hillcrest Village.
The ground breaking ceremony included, from left to right, Rockport Group Director of Acquisitions and Development Michael Tucci, Ward 21 Councillor Joe Mihevc, Rockport Principal Daniel Winberg, Roland Rom Colthoff of RAW Design and Rockport Group President of Construction David Scott.
Attendees of the ceremony were well fed with fantastic ‘eats’ provided by Roast Fine Foods, Hillcrest Villages newest Butcher on the Block. While the DJ played his tunes, Happy Clown Balloon Twister, Face Painter and Caricature artist provided great fun for children and adults. William Lazos, Michael Davis and their team, creators of the nearby Hillcrest Village Mural just down the street were at work again creating a mural that captures the spirit of the community. Without a doubt finding a place for this mural to call home wont be a problem.
With this project well underway, the St. Clair West street-scape continues to transform with the addition of this nine story Mid-Rise project offering units from 444 sq. ft – 1, 019 sq. ft. ranging from the mid $200,000’s – low $600,000’s and Penthouses from low $400,000’s to mid $600,000’s.
Some of the amenities will include: Eight hour executive concierge and security service, stunning rooftop indoor and outdoor amenity space. main level fitness room and entertaining flex space, complete with full kitchen, library and fireplace, opening onto an outdoor lounge.
